Where can I find your reviews?

We have over 350 5* reviews on our Facebook Page and over 50 on Trust Pilot and Google. We also have a review highlight on our instagram  


How many squares should I use?

1-2 squares depending on how strong you want the scent and size of the room.

What glitter do you use?

We use biodegradable glitter wherever we can. Biodegradable glitter only comes in hex shapes so our shapes such as hearts and stars are not biodegrade but once these become available to purchase we will switch.
 

​Why are so many items out of stock?

We typically update the website once every two weeks,
historically this has lasted two weeks but recently, due to high demand, we sell out on the same day!

 

How long are delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders on following working day.

For restock orders it may take up to 5 working days for dispatch.

We use the Royal Mail tracked48 service

Monthly boxes work as a pre-order and we aim to be ship before the 15th of each month.

For example, if you place an order for the monthly box in March you will receive April's box.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Return postage is covered by the customer.
